Prices & Payment
- All prices displayed in the store are in euros inclusive of VAT.
- Shipping costs are added at the checkout.
- Prices may be subject to variation at any time (e.g. due to change in production cost).
- Accepted methods of payments are iDEAL and PayPal.
Production & Delivery
- The posters are printed on-demand in a local print-shop in the Netherlands.
- Orders are collected and processed in batches every 10-15 days.
- Only domestic shipments are possible at this moment and the carrier of choice is PostNL (1-3 working days).
Complaints & withdrawal
- In case of issues with your order (e.g. wrong item received) please reach out to hallo@thebrabanter.com.
- We wrap your poster in sturdy boxes and are not responsible for unfortunate damages during transportation.
- Complaints for packages damaged during transportation must be made to the representative of the company delivering the package at the moment of reception.
- Customers may withdraw from their order within 14-days from reception for any reason.
- Customer must return the items (at own cost) within 14-days after the request for withdrawal has been acknowledged.
- Refund for withdrawals will be issued when the item is returned intact, complete with all accessories and in the original packaging.
