“Cultural Kaleidoscope”

“This kaleidoscope of cultural elements tells a unique story, converging into a complex, harmonious whole. This layered space is not geographically accurate but rather represents an emotional and personal understanding of ‘home’, symbolizing how identity is shaped by fragments from different places, cultures, and experiences. As an expat in Brabant, I have tried to define ‘home’. This reflects that evolving identity, one that merges iconic landmarks from Eindhoven with the rich colors and patterns of my home country, South Africa. The colors serve as a bridge between two worlds, being neither here nor there, yet belonging to both”.
